The tutoring service consists of a series of activities and initiatives aimed at assisting students throughout their university career, enhancing their knowledge of educational and training development. Individual tutors are allocated to each student by the Department at the beginning of the Academic Year, by October. In order to find out who one's tutor is, contact the Students Office.
Individual tutors are professors or researchers of the Department, each of whom provides support to students enrolled in the first year of their degree program right through to its completion. Students may contact their individual tutor if in doubt about the method of study, and to obtain advice regarding their activities or degree thesis. Tutors can also help students to get a clearer idea of which degree program best suits their own professional aspirations and provide guidelines in terms of logistics and organization, or provide information regarding the possibility of studying and working abroad in relation to their own specific degree course.
Tutoring service for international students
A tutoring service is available throughout the academic year to help Internazional students (non-Italian citizens enrolled at the Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche, Erasmus exchange students, students from other exchange programs) to make their stay in Perugia and at the Department as fruitful and pleasant as possible. The tutor's office hours are as follows:
Room 305 - Area di Studi Storici e Linguistici - III° floor- Via Pascoli, 20
Monday from 10 to 12 a.m.
Thursday from 10 to 12 a.m.
